3. Products & Pricing

• We take pride in curating handpicked pieces that reflect quality, elegance, and craftsmanship.
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
• Important: Product images are representative. Colour variation due to lighting or screen settings is not considered a defect.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
• We offer prepaid options (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD Policy: A standard handling fee of ₹200 applies to all COD orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our strict boutique return guidelines. We offer size exchanges within 2 days of delivery (subject to availability).
