1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code on any product page before placing your order.

2. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping is available on domestic prepaid orders above ₹999. A flat rate of ₹99 is applicable for orders below ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across India with a standard handling fee of ₹200 per order.
• Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
• Note: COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds; store credit will be provided in applicable cases of returns.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or bad weather.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by visiting Account → Orders on our website.

6. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will make subsequent attempts. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to us. The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
