Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.
Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery (COD)?▾
Yes, a standard handling fee of ₹200 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
How do I track my order?▾
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your Account → Orders page.
Can I modify my order after placing it?▾
You can cancel your order while it's still in 'Pending' or 'Confirmed' status. Once it moves to 'Processing', modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?▾
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 business days. You can check estimated delivery for your pincode on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?▾
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this moment.
Is shipping free?▾
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee applies.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?▾
Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged or defective products. A clear unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) is mandatory as proof to initiate a return. For sarees specifically, returns are accepted only in case of damage with a valid unboxing video. Colour variation is not considered a defect.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?▾
Yes, we offer size exchanges only, subject to availability. The exchange request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product, and the product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
How do I return or exchange an item?▾
To raise a request, please contact our customer care team within 2 days of delivery via email (support@sanchayaa.com) or phone (+91 63613 72171). Please note that we do not provide pickup services. The customer must ship the item back to our store address at their own cost.
When will I receive my refund?▾
Refunds are NOT provided in cash or to the original payment mode. For approved returns, or if an requested exchange size is unavailable, customers will receive a store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping/COD charges). Store credit is valid for 6 months.
