Exchange & Return Policy

At Sanchayaa-The collective clothing, we take pride in curating handpicked pieces that reflect quality, elegance, and craftsmanship. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. However, as a boutique brand, we understand that exchanges or concerns may occasionally arise. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Exchange Policy
- We offer size exchange only, subject to availability of the required size.
- The exchange request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the product value (excluding shipping/COD charges).
- Please note that we do not provide pickup services. The customer must ship the item back to our store address at their own cost.

2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- A clear unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) is mandatory as proof to initiate a return. The video must show the full package opening and clearly capture the defect or damage.
- Without a proper video, return requests cannot be processed.
Special Note for Sarees:
- For sarees, returns are accepted only in case of damage with a valid unboxing video proof.
- Colour variation due to lighting or screen settings is not considered a defect.
3. Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are not provided in cash or to the original payment mode.
- For approved returns, customers will receive a store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping/COD charges).
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance.
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments.
- Items without original packaging, missing tags, or showing signs of use.
